As the President for Emergifi, Gregg provides leadership for a technology solutions company with a singular credit union focus streamlining operations, reducing costs, enabling faster response, increasing productivity and improving security. Gregg is responsible for providing vision, strategy, leadership, and technical expertise for developing and delivering information technology services that facilitate the organizational strategy and goals.

As the Chief Technology and Strategy Officer, Corporate Central Credit Union, Gregg provides technical leadership and innovation and pursues technology entrepreneurial opportunities. We are pursuing FinTech ventures and applying innovative technology in the finance and investing space for our credit union members. The financial services industry is changing, and technology is a major driver. Corporate Central will provide credit unions technology leadership and enhance technology services such as cloud transformation, digital transformation, mobile, big data, identity management, block chain, and artificial intelligence.

Gregg is the founder, and former CEO, of Tushaus Computer Services. He had a successful exit after selling Tushaus Computer Services to Dedicated Computing in 2011. He continued to serve as a member of the executive team, Chief Information Officer, until departing in 2016. The company saw exceptional growth under his leadership, growing to more than 140 employees with revenues exceeding $32 million. Tushaus is an Inc. 500 company, a VAR Business 500 company, and was selected as a FUTURE 50 company in 1996, 1997, and 1998 by the Council of Small Business Executives through the Metropolitan Association of Commerce (MMAC). Financial services were a major customer segment for Tushaus Computer Services including many credit unions. His financial services experience extends back nearly 30 years.

Gregg received a bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee. He has been recognized by numerous business and technology organizations, and most recently received the BizStarts Milwaukee’s “Inspirational Entrepreneur” award, presented to Milwaukee area business leaders who have successfully established thriving companies in Milwaukee. Gregg was recognized in the "Who's Who" list in Milwaukee by The Business Journal and as one of The Business Journal's 40 Under 40, Wisconsin's new generation of business and community leaders. Gregg is a past member of the Milwaukee chapter of Young Entrepreneur's Organization (YEO), a member of the Rotary Club of Milwaukee, a member of the Metropolitan Milwaukee Association of Commerce (MMAC), and a member of the CEO Roundtable program through the MMAC. Gregg is a member of the prestigious Birthing of Giants program, class of 2000, co-sponsored by Inc. Magazine, YEO, and Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT).

In his free time, Gregg enjoys playing golf, racquetball, snowboarding, watching movies, and playing video games.

Ryan McMillan joined Emergifi in November of 2017 as a Director of Technology Solutions. Ryan leads the technology solutions delivery for our members. With Ryan's leadership, Emergifi offers and provides leading technology solutions designed for credit unions. 

He is a seasoned technology industry leader with deep technical knowledge of designing, managing, and maintaining complex IT infrastructures including cloud-based servers and applications. He leverages previous experience as a Network Administrator, an Associate Network Engineer, a Network Engineer, and a Manager of Information Technology in multiple industries — including academia, healthcare, and SMB — to drive positive outcomes while lowering costs and increasing customer defined success.

Ryan holds a Network Specialist associate's degree from Waukesha County Technical College in Pewaukee, WI. He is also a Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (MCSE), a VMware Certified Professional (VCP), a Google Certified Educator (GCE), and a Sophos Certified Engineer (SCE). Additionally, Ryan has CompTIA certifications in Network+ and Security+.

In his free time, Ryan coaches youth baseball and enjoys spending time with his family.

Brian joined Emergifi in December 2018 as the Director of Business and Service Automation for Emergifi. In this role, Brian is responsible for developing, implementing, and managing the business process and service delivery automation. He is focused on the efficient and consistent delivery of services to our members.

Brian is also the Information Technology Director for Corporate Central. He is responsible for leading the advancement of Corporate Central’s information technology operations. Brian has a strong focus on consistent and reliable delivery of all services to ensure that information technology can be a strategic differentiator within the organization.

Brian has been in the technology industry for over 20 years. Most recently, he was the Director of Information Technology for an IT services company. He was responsible for approximately 40 staff who delivered hosting services out of two data centers within Wisconsin, as well as, managed services to over 130 clients. He has been an individual contributor and leader of IT help desks, data centers, and managed services.

While not in the office, Brian likes to spend time with his wife, Amy, and their two children.

Chris Hytinen joined Emergifi as a Business Development Executive in May 2018. Chris comes from a credit union family, and his father and step-mother were both former credit union executives. Chris initially started his career with CUNA Mutual Group and then, its subsidiaries. His work was in providing insurance and complex financial solutions to credit unions. More recently, Chris served as a Business Development Executive and minority owner of an equipment maintenance management services company serving nearly 200 community banks and credit unions in 30 states.

Chris has a keen understanding of both credit union operations and the technology challenges faced by executives today. Chris looks forward to sharing with credit union executives valuable technology insights and cost-saving solutions to help organizations save time, save money, improve productivity, and enhance data security measures.

Chris has a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater in Public Policy and Administration with an emphasis in Economics.

Chris resides in Delafield, WI with his wife Terri and three teenaged children, one son and two daughters. In his spare time, he can be found supporting Terri or one of his kids at the next high school musical, basketball game, choral recital, or band concert.

Jeffry started his career at Emergifi in August 2018 as a Cloud Migration Engineer. He works with members to move their email and infrastructure away from traditional server-based platforms to secure cloud-based platforms.

Jeff has been an IT engineer for over 35 years, serving multiple clients across Wisconsin and Illinois. He has been on the leading edge of cloud technology, being one of the first engineers to migrate email users to the cloud since 2011. Jeff previously worked as an engineer at Tushaus Computer Services, successfully transitioned to Dedicated Computing, and then to RMM Solutions after each acquisition. His focus on client satisfaction has made him a highly sought-after engineer to clients in each of these organizations. Jeff is a Microsoft Certified Server Engineer (MCSE) in email and collaboration; a Cisco Certified Networking Professional (CCNP) in routing and switching; and a Cisco Certified Design Professional (CCDP). He also has certifications in various firewalls and virtualization products.

Jeff holds a bachelor's degree from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater. In his free time, he enjoys playing one of his many guitars and listening to music.

Jef Radtke joined Emergifi as a Business Development Executive in August 2018 and is excited to introduce Emergifi’s robust slate of products and services to the credit union industry. Jef has a long, successful history of helping financial institutions solve business challenges by using technology. He does so by developing strong relationships using an open objective dialogue. He is all about doing what is right for every party involved.

Jef holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Wisconsin–Stevens Point in Business Administration and Economics.

Jef and his wife raised their 4 daughters in New Berlin, where they still reside today. When he isn't playing a lousy round of golf or fishing (badly), he enjoys giving back to his community. Jef has been a high school basketball coach for the past 25 years.

Brian Stefanski joined Emergifi in June of 2017 leading Software Engineering. Brian holds a degree in Computer Science and he brings over 27 years of experience in software development. His experience includes application development, project management, support, process improvement and business requirements. Brian specializes in Microsoft technologies (.NET, C#, VB.Net, ASP.NET, SQL) which is the platform for our existing custom applications and many partner interfaces and integrations.

Brian believes that software development will support our operational efficiency initiative. Software development is a key component to big data, data analytics, digital solutions and digital transformation initiatives. Software development provides us a valuable tool for integrations across our many vendors and applications.

Brian's charge simply stated is automate re-engineered business processes and transform data into intelligence. Work smarter.

Kathy joined Emergifi in June 2018 as a Lead Business Analyst. She is responsible for developing, driving, and leading efforts to facilitate effective, efficient business process improvement; direct influence across the organization to drive change; translate business processes and needs into application development, and configuration; collaborate with and support stakeholders to achieve the initiatives and goals.

Kathy joins us from RMM Solutions where she served as a business analyst and key team member on a variety of business applications including accounting systems, service systems, professional services automation (PSA), customer relationship management (CRM), and document management. Kathy began her career as a business analyst for banking applications. She served as a business analyst automating, integrating, and digitizing business processes such as accounting system and PSA integration, accounts payable payments via ACH, service billing, product invoicing, and financial statements.
