Software Developer

Are you looking for an opportunity to not just develop software, but to build a system that will have a direct and immediate positive impact? As a full-stack developer with Microsoft experience, you will modernize and automate critical business systems with a complete end-to-end solution in a fast-paced, agile environment. We’re looking for a software developer with the skills needed to build a modern corporate credit union platform. 

This role is more than just development. We need full-stack developers who use their passion to learn new tools and techniques and identify and implement business process improvements. Using an Agile and Scrum development methodology in an as-a-Service approach, you’ll work with the development team to build a corporate credit union platform solution. This will require custom front-end development to optimize the member experience, as well as sophisticated data integration on the back-end. Associate Systems Engineer

Leverage technology to improve the financial wellness of our clients.  Provide clients installation, migration and support services for cloud solutions from Microsoft and other best of breed technologies including but not limited to; Microsoft 365 installation and configuration, cybersecurity solutions including next generation firewalls and endpoint protection, cloud based backup and recovery, unified communications as a service(UCaaS) and remote monitoring and maintenance.

Cloud Migration Engineer

Provide members with design, installation, migration and support services for cloud solutions primarily from Microsoft; provide pre-sales support to determine business and technical requirements and then identify appropriate technology solutions; stay abreast of emerging technologies and serve as a resource and mentor with team members; provide ongoing technical support for new and existing members.

Business Development Executive

Proactively assess the needs of member and future member credit unions, and market and sell the organization’s products / services; assist leadership with marketing strategies, business plans, and sales objectives. Plan, schedule, and report on strategies for fostering relationship development; understand current and future industry trends in the context of market dynamics to deliver sales.

Cyber Security Engineer

Provide clients with security engineering services and support services for cloud services solutions primarily; provide pre-sales support to determine business and technical requirements and then identify appropriate technology solutions; stay abreast of emerging technologies and serve as a resource and mentor with team clients; provide ongoing technical support for new and existing clients.

Sales Consultant

The Sales Consultant proactively assess the needs of prospects and clients and sells the organization’s products / services. Plan, schedule, and report on strategies and tactics for fostering sales and relationship development; understand current and future industry trends in the context of market dynamics to deliver sales. Meet activity targets for calls, appointments, proposals, and transactions closed.

Systems Engineer - Microsoft

Provide members design, installation, migration and support services for cloud solutions primarily from Microsoft; this will include SharePoint and Office 365 design and development. Your foundation should be in Microsoft based systems including Windows Server 2012/2016, Active Directory, Exchange, Hyper-V but focus is a Subject Matter Experts (SME) for SharePoint and Office 365. You will need to have excellent verbal, written and presentation skills.
